Enter the home through the dedicated mudroom, which offers slate flooring and bench seating, the perfect place to shake off snow in the winter and dusty trail shoes in the summer. From there, enter the main living area that features two plush leather couches, two TVs with streaming capabilities, a Bluetooth sound system, and a cozy wood stove. The living area flows into the dining space, where the dining table seats six and includes an additional breakfast bar that seats four. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has a gas range and griddle insert. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dry bar with a beverage fridge.

​​​​​​​Off the main living space, use the sliding glass door to access the spacious deck featuring a bubbling hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The first floor includes a queen bedroom offering reading material and a luggage rack to make unpacking a breeze. Down the hallway, a shared bath with a tub shower combo and single sink vanity is available. A laundry room featuring a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board completes the first floor of the home.

Travel up to the second floor and find the primary bedroom with king-sized comforts, a desk with an office chair, and a chaise lounge. Opposite the primary bedroom, there is an upstairs queen bedroom with a twin daybed and a twin trundle. This room is great for the kids and includes vaulted ceilings to let in natural light, a ceiling fan, a humidifier, a step-in closet, and a dresser for clothing storage. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub shower combo and a single sink vanity.

There is no AC at this home. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.
