Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this superb house provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.


Close to all four universities, right in between Indiana State University and Rose Holman! Close to restaurants and just off Wabash Avenue. Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop Java Haute. You will love this newly renovated cottage with a brand new kitchen!

No pets and no smoking, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied for rules broken.

LaDonna was the best hostess I have ever had at a VRBO. She was responsive and helpful. She kept in touch with me throughout my stay to make sure I had what I needed. The cottage is absolutely adorable and well appointed. I will stay here from now on when I visit Terre Haute.
