This cozy home with knotty pine cabin-feel offers plenty of space in the Split Rock end of the lake. Enjoy whole house WIFI for large families, sleds, snow-tubes, and 2 kayaks + lifejackets for use. We are located just 2 minutes’ walk to the lake at the end of our road; and then also a few minutes’ walk the other direction to the HUB to dine, shop, or hang out at the upstairs bar. Walk down the driveway and cross the street to the park to play bocce ball, miniature golf, soccer, and more. Visitors also love watching the deer in our yard from the main floor deck. Make your travel easier by keeping the towels and sheets at home. We’ve got you covered for convenience. Our bedrooms are built for comfort with all beds having 4 inch memory foam: Main Bedroom: One king bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 2: One queen bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 3: One full bed (1st floor) – sleeps 2; Bedroom 4: Two full beds + two twin beds (2nd floor) – sleeps 6; Bedroom 5: Two twin beds + one child size pull-out hide-a-bed. Guests enjoy 3 modern, full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, one bathtub, towels, washcloths, soap, and hair dryers for guest’s convenience. The serene atmosphere invites relaxation after a day of adventure. The cozy living room includes: Fireplace with blower; 3 couches seating 10; 2 luxury dog crates; Family-friendly and adult board games; Amazon Fire TV with logged in streaming services including Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, ESPN+, Xfinity, and HBO Max. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need including: Keurig coffee machine, Air fryer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Dishes, utensils, cooking needs including spices. The dining room that seats 8 with connecting kitchen and backyard view. The fun-filled basement includes: seats 18 on 3 loveseats, 1 couch, 1 chaise lounge, 4-seat high-top table and 4 additional chairs; Amazon Fire TV; Washer (detergent provided), dryer, ironing board, and steamer. Basement activities include: Pool table, Foosball table, Digital dart board, Mini-golf putting green, Axe throwing, and Full bathroom with shower. This house is not in a community (no gates).
