Cozy Cabin - 5 Min Walk to Village, Hot Tub, EV Charger, Family & Pet Friendly

Relax at this peaceful, centrally located mountain cabin, just a 5-minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake. This cozy home was recently updated with a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms and offers a bright, open layout that’s perfect for spending time together.

Large windows bring in natural light and forest views, and the swing chair by the window is a favorite spot to unwind. The open floor plan makes it easy to cook, relax, and gather, while the patio and hot tub offer great outdoor space for dining and enjoying the mountain air. A gated yard is available for pets (see pet details below, please bring a bed and blankets for pets to lay on), and an EV charger is available for guests driving electric vehicles.

We’re also happy to offer trail and gated-park access through our local membership.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and includes two bedrooms, a game room, and two full bathrooms.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, partial lake and mountain views, a sitting area, and a desk. A Pack ’n Play crib, crib sheets, and high chair are available in the closet.

The secondary bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full bed below, plus a trundle twin. It has partial lake and tree views, a TV, and toys and books for young children.

The game room also serves as a third sleeping area and includes a queen-size pull-out sofa. A room divider is available for added privacy if needed.


LIVING SPACES
The living room features a swing chair facing the view, a large vented gas fireplace, a Samsung TV above the fireplace, a telescope, and board games.

The kitchen is fully updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops, and GE Café appliances. It includes an eat-in dining area, a coffee station, kid-friendly plates and utensils, and additional appliances such as a blender and slow cooker.

The game room offers a TV, record player with a selection of records, video games, and a foosball table—great for kids and adults alike.


BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is newly renovated and includes a tub/shower. The upstairs bathroom is also newly renovated and features a walk-in shower.


OUTDOOR SPACES
Enjoy easy self check-in with a keypad. The deck includes picnic seating, a BBQ grill, lounge seating, and a fire pit. The brand-new hot tub seats six and is perfect after a day of hiking or exploring. The front yard is enclosed for pets and includes outdoor seating. A universal EV charger is available upon request.


PET POLICY
Friendly, house-trained dogs are welcome. There is a one-time $100 pet cleaning fee, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Please indicate pets at the time of booking. Guests are asked to bring pet beds and blankets. Dogs are not allowed on couches, beds, or furniture.


PARKING & LOCATION
Parking is available for up to three cars. The cabin is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake.


LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room beneath the deck. Access is available upon request.
