The place was fabulous! Very clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for either a short or long term stay! The host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in the Denver/Westminster area!!

Everything went great and the host was very communicative. The home was very clean, well furnished, and the amenities were up to date. (THE FOLLOWING IS NOT THE HOSTS FAULT, and she offered to get it operational if needed.) One thing of note if staying during the spring or fall when there’s constant temperature or weather fluctuations in Denver, is if the swamp cooler is operational. The house doesn’t have central air, and due to freezing the swamp cooler needs to be winterized. We happened to stay during spring break and temperatures got to be in the mid- 80’s outside (2 days before our arrival it was snowing). This led to the house getting up to 80 degrees inside. Thankfully there are fans in every room and the host provides floor fans as well. The only time this was a bit of a problem for us was when sleeping, but we’re a family that likes to sleep with our house around 70 degrees. Other than that everything was great!

Im so sorry about that, we should have just uncovered them. Im so sorry about that and thank you for the kind and honest review. I will figure all that out. Of course after you left its in the 40's now lol. I hope you'll be back again!

Why they chose this property

I love Westminster because it is close to the mountains and has so much to offer as far as trails and places to hike/walk nearby!
McFall Park is less than half a block away as are the Legacy Golf Course, the Westminster City Center with many stores and Trader Joes, and shopping selections, book stores etc. We have a mini golf and racing course within walking distance as well as many restaurant options and fun trails!

What makes this property unique

The elevated patio deck complete with BBQ and games with a light up sign, tea lights and some great views is awesome! I do offer a Red Light Sauna experience as well for guests would enjoy that!
