The rural holiday home offers a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with well-preserved stone walls as well as 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fireplace, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a covered veranda with a lounge area and a dining corner where you can enjoy freshly grilled meals. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the pool, which is surrounded by a sun deck with comfortable deck chairs. Benefit from the lush vegetation and forget the worries of everyday life while relaxing in the sun. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here! You can reach a restaurant after 500 m or a 7-minute walk and a supermarket is 6.5 km away. You reach the beautiful sandy beach of San Antonio de Portmany after 8 km or a 15-minute drive. Parking is available on the property. Parties and events are not allowed. The property does not have air conditioning but does offer fan. An extra bed can be provided for a fee. Ecotasa and the deposit are payable in cash on arrival, and the deposit will be refunded in cash on departure.
