Perfect for a group of friend

We stayed as a group of friends and it was perfect. Great location, clean and excellent communication with the host. The villa also had the perfect amont of space for 8 people!

A lovely villa with great hosts.

A lovely villa in a great location, just a few minutes taxi from the airport, Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa. secure and well equipped with loads of space, the outside terrace with comfy seating was a real gem. Hugo and Brigitte were perfect hosts A car (or Taxi) is essential.

Would not book again due to the attitude of the owner.

The villa itself is nice and peaceful yet in a very convenient location for the airport. It's also only about a ten minute drive into Playa d'en Bossa then a few minutes more into Ibiza Town. There were a few niggles such as a lot ants inside but not expecting perfection. But we did experience a big problem in that upon arrival, we discovered that there was no chlorine at all in the very cloudy looking swimming pool (which, as an aside, seems smaller than the 6x5 m stated in the listing). We knew this as one of the group happened to bring a testing kit with them because of a previous bad experience on holiday. In short, it took several days to be sorted and even then, the pool remained cloudy and the pH readings were wrong. Having a pool was a big factor in booking a private villa (especially with an 11 year old), so losing several days' use of it was disappointing, but what has really aggrieved us is the villa owner's arrogance, failing to respond to all but one message, when he tried to pretend it had all been sorted the same day. We provided What's App messages and an email proving otherwise, but he simply ignored them, failing entirely to appreciate that even if sorted the same day, it should not be down to guests to advise that the pool isn't fit to use. Leaving a negative review is a very last resort for us as we're really not that type, but given the owner's abject failure to engage with us on the issue then not being straight with us, we felt we had little choice.

Super verblijf dichtbij ibiza stad

Hele fijne accomodatie, centraal gelegen, dichtbij Ibiza stad en vliegveld. Goede communicatie met de host. Schone accomodatie, fijn buitenverblijf en lekker zwembad. Kamers zijn ruim met goede bedden. Zou deze accomodatie aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Beautiful Stay!

The villa is true to the images displayed on the advert. Fully equipped house and very tidy and clean. Super close to the airport, local supermarket is a taxi ride but only 5mins down the road. Close enough to drive to the other side of the island should you wish to venture out. The host was always quickly to respond, very welcoming and kind. The outside space was wonderful with lots of space to sit at and lay by the pool. The little outhouse was also just as lovely as the main villa and very well kept. All beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was incredible! A must stay.

De la réservation à notre départ, tout s'est très bien passé. La communication avec l'hôte a été fluide et son contact sur place prêt à intervenir au besoin. La maison est idéalement située, à proximité des commodités. Je recommande chaudement cette maison.

Überteuert, heruntergekommen, schmutzig, unfreundlich - absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Weitere Informationen vor der Anreise wurden erst auf Nachfrage zwei Tage vor der Ankunft mitgeteilt. Auf den ersten Blick bei Ankunft in der „Villa“ schien noch alles mehr oder weniger in Ordnung zu sein, doch auch hier war bereits klar, dass der Zustand nicht dem Online-Inserat entspricht. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war katastrophal. Vor allem das Zimmer unterhalb des Pools, welches sich nicht im Haupthaus befindet (keine vorab Information hierüber), befand sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es war noch Müll (Mund-Nasen-Bedeckungen, Wasserflaschen, Taschentücher etc.) im Zimmer, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und es roch nach Chlor und Schimmel. Auch im Haupthaus war die Sauberkeit in keinster Weise zufriedenstellend. Ob es in diesem Kühlschrank überhaupt gesund ist, Lebensmittel aufzubewahren, ist fragwürdig… Zudem ist der Strom andauernd ausgefallen, sodass man ein Auge auf die gekühlten Lebensmittel werfen musste. Auf Nachfrage bei der zuständigen Person, an die wir uns wenden sollten bei Fragen oder sonstigem, wurden der Müll entfernt und das Bett neu bezogen. Dabei wurden wir jedoch bereits in einem äußerst unfreundlichen Ton beschimpft „dass es nicht seine Aufgabe sei“. Als uns nach und nach immer mehr Dinge aufgefallen sind, die den schlechten Zustand betreffen, haben wir versucht den Vermieter erneut zu kontaktieren. Jedoch vergebens. Für uns war schnell klar, dass wir nach einer Nacht in dieser Unterkunft nicht länger dort bleiben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig unangemessen und in keinster Weise nachzuvollziehen oder gerechtfertigt. Nie wieder und absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

The villa is located in a quiet place about 10 minutes away from the airport and the beach if you drive by car. There is enough place for a group of 8 persons. Everything matches with the description on the website. We all enjoyed our short holiday and can recommend this beautiful place. See you next time.

Villa magnifique, arborée et au calme tout en étant très proches des commodités et le la ville. Villa très bien équipée... le + plusieurs terrasses ombragées invitant vraiment à "la sieste" et le - piscine un peu petite et donc trop chaude!!! Propriétaires très sympa et près à vous conseiller de beaux endroits tant plage que resto. Bref, à conseiller sans hésitation!

GENIAL

Superbe endroit d'où on n'a plus envie de partir ! Très bien située, calme et très bel endroit ! Les chambres sont grandes et les salle de bains top ! Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et le propriétaire super sympa ! On ne peut que recommander cette location !!
