The 2-storey holiday home Es Fasser is located in Son Severa and is only 140 m from the sea. The rustic 275 m² house consists of a cosy living/dining room with a fireplace and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each), 4 bathrooms with a shower as well as one ensuite in the bedroom on the upper floor. The property can therefore accommodate 10 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (800 mbp/s) which makes the property ideal for remote working, a fireplace, TV, toys. There are also 5 ceiling fans available (one in each of the bedrooms), 1 fan in the kitchen and 1 in the living room. The highlight of this beachfront accommodation is the large outdoor area with a balcony, furnished terraces and a well-maintained pool area. Thanks to the Mediterranean garden with a large lawn, blooming flowers and lush bushes, you are guaranteed an absolute feel-good atmosphere. Prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and relax on the comfortable lounge furniture after enjoying a refreshing dip in the 50 m² pool. The rural charm of the property is complemented by the presence of beautiful stone wells. A choice of restaurants is 650 m or an 8 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is 1.9 km or a 3-minute drive from the accommodation. Those who long for a relaxing beach day will find the sandy beaches Costa dels Pins and Platja of Port Vella in 1.2 km and 550 m respectively.

Heating is included in fixed hours from 7am to 10am and from 7pm to 11pm, outside these hours there is an additional cost.

Fabulous week in Mallorca

Typisk spansk hus og møbler, som er hyggelig når man er på ferie.

Pros: Huset egnet seg godt til en fler generasjons ferie, hvor hver familie hadde sine egne rom og bad, med god avstand til hverandre. Fin beliggenhet, langt fra større hoteller, og en liten nesten lokal strand bare noen minutter unna. Cons: Ganske dårlig belysning, spesielt på kjøkkenet.

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit einer wirklich netten Gastgeberin, es war alles bestens vorbereitet… Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig mit schönem Grundstück und großem Pool. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gezellig huis om te relaxen.

Pros: Het huis had veel mogelijkheden om gezellig samen te zijn, en toch apart te kunnen zitten om te lezen, of wat te babbelen. Leuke locatie, dichtbij de zee, strand en dorpjes om te gaan winkelen, iets te gaan drinken, of eten. De gastvrouw is super vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Het huis had alle mogelijkheden voor een goed verblijf met een grote groep. Wij hadden geen auto en konden te voet of met de bus naar de supermarkt in het nabijgelegen dorp.
