Set in a peaceful location, near the traditional fishing village of Portocolom, and surrounded by almond trees, the charming Villa Sa Casona is the ideal place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the nature and tranquillity which these surroundings offer. With a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom the single-storey home can accommodate 4 people. Villa Sa Casona is perfect for families, given the fact that there are no doors in the house. The air-conditioned holiday home also has cable TV, a fireplace, an extra bed, a high chair, a children’s bed and a parking space on the property. You can enjoy the warm temperatures on the covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy a stunning view of the garden, planted with Mediterranean flora, and the sea. Restaurants and shopping facilities in Portocolom are less than a 10-minutes’ drive away and the next sandy beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car.

Saubere,gut ausgestattete Finca

Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht.

Sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen. Ideal zum Entspannen. Dennoch ist man gleich in Portocolom.
