Be our guest in this 7-bedroom home directly on Magician Lake. Relax in spacious style with large living areas upstairs, downstairs, and outside. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all your friends and family. Washer and dryer on site, two dishwashers, two beverage refrigerators, and a fully furnished kitchen of awaits. With a dock and plenty of water with a sandy bottom awaits kids of all ages. A grill and fire pit are on site as well.

Main level has three bedrooms, each with a king bed. The primary has a stunning view of the lake and a sliding door to the upper level deck. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Lower level has four bedrooms and a common living area with walk-out sliding doors to the patio and steps from the lake. Flat screen TVs in primary suites and in all common living spaces (3). TVs are connected to the home Internet and available to utilize Roku and Amazon Fire devices for accessing your favorite streaming content.

The full kitchen is perfect for preparing for the whole family. Two beverage coolers and full side by side freezer/refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. Two dishwashers make clean-up simple. Keurig and drip coffee maker are available. Outdoor gas grill is available.

To fully enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, there is a patio with table seating for 10 by the water. The shallow water and sandy bottom make water activities easily accessible. The Lily pad, kayaks (2) and lifejackets will get you started. The dock is available for use, but watercraft are not included in the rental. If staying on land is your style, corn hole, yard jenga and croquet are available

A little rain won't spoil your stay. The screened in covered porch off the garage is an ideal place to enjoy cards, games and puzzles and has a large picnic table for additional eating. The firepit is a cozy way to finish your day under the stars.

Sister Lakes has several restaurants within a 5 minute drive (yes! a brewery too), and two casinos are close by in Hartford and Dowagiac.

The lake properties are proximal to your neighbors, so please be respectful of our full time residents. Parking for no more than 5 cars is available (1 garage, 4 driveway). Hosting parties for beyond those residing (>20) is prohibited.
