Awesome place with an awesome host. Of the two places I have stayed at in the Georgia area, I would go back to this one. Bonus: there is a Walmart and any other store you could want all within about 5 minutes. Super great spot.

This was a great option for us because the friends that were visiting live 5 minutes from this property. The owners were very attentive and always responded quickly. The place was clean and well stocked with your basic needs. When we visit again we will definitely rent from them.

Beautiful, quiet, forested retreat. Loved the fence (may be too short if you have a tall/jumper dog). Our 40 lb. black lab absolutely loved running about the large yard sniffing for rabbits and chipmunks. It's a 2 bedroom, with living area, laundry, and bathroom--everything you need. About 7 steps to get up into the unit but was not too difficult. (Could walk up the hill if you needed to avoid stairs but not advisable for those with mobility issues.) Small fridge, tiny freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), boiling water pitcher, and hotplate with dishes was just what we needed for the weekend. Little two person table was fine for meals. Bunkbeds and nice sized desk with chair in one room and queen bed in the other. Mattress in queen room was not to our liking (too soft) but they have an air mattress in the 2nd room so we were able to use it work for the weekend. We'd give it 5 stars if a better mattress. Overall, excellent location, close to a Target and Publix and many other desirable restaurants/stores, peaceful and forested neighborhood, nice size TV with remote, beautiful deck to sit outside to enjoy the surroundings, excellent water pressure, super sweet hosts, fenced yard for the dog was a treat so our dog had a vacation too! There's a great Rover sitter (Diana) nearby too! Great location for a few days or a weekend. Wifi was good as well. Easy to get into the city from this location and a great respite from it when you don't have to be in ATL! Need car.

Super people. First time I have had a host meet me and offer to help. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Several amenities were provided. If I'm ever in the area again I'd stay there!!!! Thank you!!!

Nice shower. Plenty of space. Nice tv. Climate can’t be controlled in the apartment. Had to buy a couple fans to get cooler. Refrigerator is too small for multiple nights stay. Can hear everything from up above apartment. Dogs barks a good bit. It was an ok stay. Price is too high for what you get.
