Pet Policy: Pets Permitted | Max Number of Pets: 1 | Pet Restrictions: Dogs under 40 lbs, Aggressive breeds and puppies under 1 year not permitted | Pet Fee: $150 | Signed rental agreement with dog information is required. If you do not inform us of your pet and a pet is seen on property you will be charged the $150 pet fee.

General Amenities: Free WiFi, air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, and hair dryers.

Notes: The garage is unavailable for vehicle parking other than golf carts.

A start-up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking essentials. Bath towels and bed linens are provided. Beach towels are provided. The guest is responsible for additional needs.

Suggested items to bring are life jackets (some provided), extra paper goods, and ice. There is a large grocery store in Marble Falls, 7.5 miles away, with delivery service.

Parking
There is space for vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles can park in the amenity parking lot directly behind the home. There is no trailer storage in the community parking areas. You will be towed within 30 minutes. Trailer storage is available down the road. Information to be provided with rental details.

No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings are considered with prior approval.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Rental agreement is required and will be sent once booking is confirmed.
Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 10 adults and 2 children.
Please come and have a good time but remember that disrespectful or disruptive behavior to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am
Access information will be sent 72 hours prior to arrival.
