BRING YOUR BOAT!!! Beautiful waterfront house right near the Hathaway Bridge. There is a two slip private dock 20ft right out back. One is lifted for ‘46. Gulf Trip from your back door!

Great place to bring your boat to stay for fishing, islanding, restaurants, shopping at Pier Park or the best relaxing time with family and even small dogs!

Also ask for private car, boat rentals or fishing.

No smoking inside the house, on the back patio is ok, but please throw your butts in the trash $1000 fine if smoked inside
All animal feces must be picked up and disposed of or a $250 fine
