Expansive Family room on first floor with additional living room / TV Room on second level to accommodate additional guest. Back covered porch leads to custom paver patio surrounded by lush landscape perfect for grilling and summer evening entertaining.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
