Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a fireplace, satellite TV, toys, one baby cot and 2 high chairs. On the 1st floor you will find a large balcony with a breathtaking view of the lush hills and the glittering blue sea. Moreover, the garden, planted with fragrant flowers in dazzling colours, radiates a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere, so that you can quickly forget the stress of everyday life while barbecuing on the terrace or bathing in the 60 m² pool. A supermarket is 550 m away and the nearest restaurant is 750m away. This holiday villa is situated in a quiet area, a 5-minute drive from the busy centre of Ibiza. The beautiful sandy beach Platja d'en Bossa, which attracts beachgoers with its crystal clear water, is only 2.5 km away from the charming villa.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parties, such as student or bachelor parties, as well as events are not allowed. Loud music after midnight is forbidden according to the local ordinance. Pets are also not allowed. The house owner strongly recommends to arrive with a rental car.

The minimum age for booking accommodation is 28 years.
