Well , first , we were put in the wrong unit. Then we were asked to leave a day early because the reasoning was the power was going to be shut off. I got the information through my text messaging and not through verbo.Which was a little weird

Was asked to leave property after just one night stay of my stay because they needed to turn the power off to do construction on the house. I was promised a refund. It’s been more than a week and I haven’t received a refund and the host is not longer responding.

Well, it started off ok. The place was nice and clean, easy load in and check in directions. Unfortunately, there's no way to get the place warm and more importantly the hot tub advertised was not only not working when I got there they didn't offer to come fix it when I promptly addressed the situation. It was unplugged, half full and dirty. It definitely needed chemicals and to be above 68. After 24hrs of it constantly running the temp only rose about 20. Communication went from 100% to less than 50%. I asked for a small reduction in fees to never be heard from again. Hopefully they either fix the issue or remove the hot tub option. I then proceeded to get sick after my stay, pretty sure it was a combination of things but the place is cold and unless remedied it's a rent at your own risk.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. First of all, their communication is horrible. I had questions in regards to parking, never heard back. Day before checking when we’re supposed receive information on how to enter the property never came. I messaged them throughout the day no response. 20 minutes before checking in I receive a message the prior tenants had a party and wrecked the place and the drains were clogged. (Not my problem). Let me digress. Check out is at 11:00am, check in is at 4:00pm. I find out 20 minutes before check in. Bad business. Again, I’m messaging the tenant. Radio silence. You have been warned. Don’t do it!
