The Space:

Step into the bright living room, where comfort meets coastal charm. There’s a soft grey sofa that turns into a bed for extra guests, a cosy grey armchair, and a plush carpet that makes you feel right at home. The rattan ceiling lights add a touch of the beach vibe, while the 55-inch Smart TV is perfect for movie nights. A clean white TV unit, wooden coffee table, modern floor lamp and modern artworks complete the space beautifully.



Slide open the doors and step out onto the spacious balcony — one of two in the apartment. It’s fully set up with outdoor furniture, perfect for catching up with friends, enjoying your morning coffee, or simply soaking in the Marina breeze.



The dining area features a wooden table that comfortably seats six, ideal for shared meals or game nights. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — from microwave, dishwasher, fridge and oven to cookware and dinnerware — so cooking at home feels easy and convenient.



In the master bedroom, you’ll find a comfy king-sized bed with premium linens and soft pillows for a perfect night’s sleep. There’s a wardrobe, dresser, and chest of drawers for your belongings, plus a nightstand with a modern lamp. Step onto your private balcony for a peaceful moment in the egg swing chair — the views of the city and beach are incredible. The ensuite bathroom comes with a shower-over-tub and a welcome pack with towels, shampoo, and dental kits.



The second bedroom is just as inviting, with a queen-sized bed, soft carpet, wardrobes, and two nightstands with warm lighting. The second bathroom, located right outside, has a spa-like walk-in shower and all the essentials you’ll need for your stay.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.



Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-out fee AED 100/hour.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.



Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1000.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay.



If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.



Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.
