The house is surrounded by a spacious fenced area, ideal for organizing barbecues or outdoor lunches with friends. All apartments are fully equipped with practical furniture, perfect for a beach holiday. Apartment CM5, suitable for children, has a separate entrance, air-conditioned living room with a single sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed, kitchenette, one bedroom and one bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, high chair (on request), baby cot (available for an extra fee), and shaded parking. You can relax in the large shared garden, equipped with a barbecue area, outdoor shower and sun loungers, or rent bicycles to explore the surroundings. The renowned tourist resort of Marina di Campo, with numerous restaurants, shops, cafés and bars, and the nearest beach can be reached in about 3 minutes by car. The beautiful Cavoli beach is 5 km away, while the charming Fetovaia bay is 7 km from the house.
