Welcome to this wonderful apartment in Roma. Guests will find two cozy bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed and a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or groups. The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy bidets, making mornings easy and comfortable. Inside, the space stays pleasant with heating and air conditioning, while thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer add convenience. Whether relaxing after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this serene apartment offers a welcoming retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our apartment.
Cozy new (January 2026) apartment near the Vatican with view over S. Peter church on the 5th floor of a building served by an elevator, consisting of 3 bedrooms: one with a double and a single bed, one with a double, a single bed and a terrace, one twin bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette, equipped with all accessories, Nespresso coffee maker, dining table, TV, AC, washer, dryer rack, 2 USB sockets, LED lights, 10 minutes walking to S. Peter square and 5 minutes to Rome S Pietro Station.
Supermarket and Pharmacy next to the building.
In the area there are a lot of garages for paying parking.
Shops, bus stop, bars, restaurants very close.
S. Pietro station only 5 minutes walking with trains to Trastevere (1 stop), Ostiense (Metro B) and trains to Valle Aurelia (Metro A, 1 stop).
It's mandatory in Italy to register their guests on the Police web site through the link, so you are kindly required to show passports upon arrival. Thanks
The cleaners provide some minisoap, shampoo, paper toilet. When those items run out, if You don't orden an extra cleaning, You should buy some more at the Supermarket. Thanks

Amazing, large apartment right near the Vatican in Rome as advertised. The location was great and the apartment was fabulous, just what we needed for four adults and two teens. There was easy access to the Vatican and metro and it is walkable to many other sites as well. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help with the one small issue we had with one of the shower heads. It was also super helpful to have them book a car for us from the airport when we arrived and to the train station the morning we departed. We would highly recommend a stay in this listing!
