First the host and his assistant were incredibly!! They made all of our pick up from the airport and to the cruise lines arrangements. With 7 adults and 16 suitcases, I know that wasn’t easy.Richard the assistant replied back to each of our questions in a timely manner. The pictures on the website are little different than what it actually was. It’s a little used now. It not a 4 star hotel but it was great for us!I would recommend a few more games and cards in the cabinets for the guest.Thank you again for having us

Everything was perfect - the location, the apartment and the communication. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, keeping us informed and booking transportation for us. I think you'd struggle to find a better place to stay in Rome. Superb.

Loved how close to the Colosseum we were. Able to walk out of the door and see it right in front of us. Convenient to grocery store and wonderful cappuccino’s and delicious pastries. Walkable to subway and train stations. Our host was just amazing!

Paolo was the most amazing host who went over the top for our family. When TSA lost our luggage, not only did Paolo recommend an affordable clothing store option for the whole family, he went out of his way to greet the luggage drop off when it finally made it to Rome days later and we were on a day trip away from the city. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay and the place fit our family of six perfectly. I’d happily recommend this property to all of our friends.

Check in was a breeze. Our flights came in before the typical check in but Paulo allowed us to store our luggage while the cleaners finish up. We grabbed lunch and just had to wait a little bit more but was able to get in the room early. Location was amazing! It is literally a 5-10 minute walk to the Colosseum and you can see the Colosseum once you exit the apartment. Close restaurants, grocery store and a few snack and souvenir shops nearby. Plenty of space to spread out. Did not cook anything but the full size fridge and freezer was nice to keep drinks cold. They had all the equipment to cook if you wanted but we did not need to as we wanted to experience all the eateries Rome had to offer. There was a washer and dryer but did not use it as much as I thought but it was available. The main living room couches could be cleaned a bit more or have a new couch cover but again, not a biggie. A few minor repairs could be done throughout but again, the place was fine for the few days we were there. What was great was he communication with Paulo and his assistant, Ricardo. Very friendly and able to help with everything. Phone numbers, emails and Whatsapp all worked and they were prompt in returning our questions. I would have loved to stay longer but until next time...

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had great amenities. The location is wonderful. The host is great with communications and we had no issues at all. Since it is an old building, the elevator is very small, but it worked fine and we had no problems. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment boasts an excellent location, being within walking distance of the Coliseum and conveniently close to both a bus stop and the subway. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance, offering a wide range of dining options. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortably accommodating five adults, with large beds available in each room, ensuring a restful stay. The host was very helpful and greeted us warmly upon arrival, providing numerous excellent recommendations on where to eat in the area. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
