In Santanyí, the 2-storey Finca Sa Tanqueta De Ses Roques impresses guests with its charming round tower. The 130 m², rustic Finca is situated in a quiet area and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a stove and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It can therefore accommodate 6 people and one toddler. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area with 2,800 hectares of land, children will find plenty of space to play. The 32 m² pool has its own fence, so that even small children can play without hindrance. Relax on one of the 6 deck chairs under the shady sun sail, barbecue delicious meals and savour them with a glass of full-bodied wine and a view of the mountains on the horizon. There is also an outdoor shower, lounge furniture and parasols. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.1 km or a 5-minute drive away and the closest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 2.8 km from the property. Listen to the gentle sound of the waves, tan under the Majorcan sun and spend unique hours with your loved ones!

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens, towels and beach towels are included in the price. The house is rented to guests from May to October.

Super Lage zwischen Stadt und Strand

Pros: Wir verlebten zwei herrliche Oktoberwochen in der Finca "Sa tanqueta de ses roques". Sie liegt sehr ruhig zwischen Santanyi und dem Strand S´Amarador, so dass wir uns immer dann, wenn es am Strand zu voll wurde, in die Ruhe der Finca zurückziehen konnten: Erholung pur! Morgens und abends war lediglich eine entspannte Zwergohreule zu hören. Die Finca ist sauber, die Betten bequem und der Fernseher bietet viele deutsche Programme. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre Eltern schauen zweimal pro Woche vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen. Sie sind total süß und der Vater spricht gern und leidlich gut deutsch, so dass Problemchen leicht behoben werden können. Durch das solide elektrische Einfahrtstor fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Cons: Da gab es nichts.

Toller Urlaub . Alles so wie beschrieben. Klasse Gastgeber

Pros: Sehr gepflegter Garten. Klasse Pool. Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Besitzer. Die Lage der Finca. Sehr ruhig. Stadt und Strand sind bequem mit Fahrrad (ausgeliehen) zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung mit tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Fantastischer Balkon, toller B

Pros: Wunderschöne moderne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer, wunderbarer Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Cala Figuera. Auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken und am Abend dort einen Glas Wein zu genießen war fantastisch. Insbesondere die saubere, moderne Ausstattung und Nähe zu Cala Figuera und Santanyi mit den tollen Restaurants und Strand war perfekt. Wir kommen wieder. Cons: Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
