The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed (twin over double). These two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

The home is brand new, tastefully decorated, and designed for comfort. The covered terrace is perfect for dining outdoors, and the private pool and garden area with seating offer a great place to relax and cool off after a day at the beach (there is a mechanical gate at the front of the property and the entire property, including the back yard is enclosed by a fence). A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

There`s a home being built right next door that is in the beginning phases. We do not yet have a end date for this work and so noise can be heard and they do the standard hours of like 8:00 to 6:00pm.
