Masseria Sylvestre is a newly built modern home set on five private acres between Joshua Tree and Palm Springs. Informed by Passive-led architecture and design, Sylvestre was created with both sustainability and serenity in mind. The airtight, energy-efficient build creates an environment that’s quiet, thermally balanced, and deeply calming, a cocoon-like space that shaped every design choice. Natural materials like stone and untreated wood give the home a grounding, organic feel.
