The property is surrounded by a spacious fenced area, perfect for barbecues or outdoor meals with friends. All apartments are fully equipped with practical furnishings, ideal for a beach holiday. Apartment CM3, suitable for children, features a private entrance, a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, high chair (on request), and shaded parking are also provided. Relax in the shared outdoor area with a large garden, barbecue, outdoor shower, and sun loungers. The popular resort town of Marina di Campo, with many restaurants, shops, cafés, and bars, as well as the nearest beach, is about a 3-minute drive away. The beautiful Cavoli beach is 4 km away, and the charming Fetovaia bay is 7 km from the house.
