Minutes from downtown Greer and an easy drive to Greenville, this spacious and beautifully decorated home is designed for comfort, connection, and convenience. It is ideal for large families, group trips and corporate housing.

With six bedrooms & four full baths, the home comfortably accommodates a crowd. Featuring four king beds for adults and four bunk beds that are perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests. All of the bedrooms have smart TV's, the livingroom features a 72" TV and the deck has a TV & heaters.

The home is thoughtfully designed for gathering and day-to-day living. Multiple dining areas allow everyone to eat together or spread out as needed, while two full-size refrigerators provide ample space for groceries and prepared meals. A fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, and generous storage make longer stays especially comfortable.

Outside, enjoy evenings around the firepit, perfect for unwinding after a busy day or connecting with friends, family, or colleagues.

This house was fantastic and a perfect place to host my son‘s groomsmen for his wedding weekend! It was super clean; all supplies we needed and more was there for us to use. Plenty of cups and dishes. 2 refrigerators sure came in handy! The decor was beautiful! Well thought out floorplan, with two master bedrooms and four bathrooms! It was excellent place and all the guys loved it! 3 Thank you!!

My family and I cannot say enough GOOD things about this amazing property and overall experience! From the moment we booked, we wondered if it was "real" or not, because the price was so reasonable and the house/space accommodated 4 families under 1 roof! The host was super friendly and quick to answer our questions before and during our stay. The house was even better than pictured online-- we really were so happy there! We were able to host a family gathering utilizing the outdoor space, with pickleball, a big firepit with chairs, outdoor grilling, lots of outdoor/green space for kids to run and explore, etc...we have absolutely NO complaints! Having a washer and dryer was icing on the cake for our stay, 2 fridges and super large counter spaces for (large) family to cook and all eat together, thr general house/privacy layout was amazing, TVs absolutely everywhere (kid's Mario game was epic), and a great living room to play board games/hang out. We had 2 elderly family members, 1 with a recent joint replacement surgery and she was able to get up and down the couple steps with help and into the house using her walker-- we loved the "ranch style" to accommodate her needs. We HIGHLY recommend staying here, the longer the better-- you will not want to leave!
