High up on the hills in front of the Cala d`Hort bay, Villa Ventana shines towards its guests. The sun reflects the white of the walls and is reflected in the windows of the house.

It is not without reason that the villa bears the name Ventana, which means window. From up here you can enjoy an incredible view over the bays, the sea and the magical rock island Es Vedrà, one of the landmarks of the island. When you wake up, you can enjoy this beautiful sea view from two of the five bedrooms.

Plenty of space for socializing and privacy

In Villa Ventana you will surely spend a lot of time on one of the inviting terraces, where you will be pampered by the sun and the tranquility of the surrounding nature. The pool terrace with a floating balcony over the slope also invites you to put your feet up as an airy chill-out zone.

The 8 x 4 m kidney-shaped swimming pool with built-in stairs offers wonderful cooling on hot days and promises lots of bathing fun. On the next level you will find two more terraces - one of which is equipped with a BBQ dining area. When designing the individual terraces, care was taken to ensure that several undisturbed retreats were created for our guests. So you can enjoy your vacation with several people and find the desired privacy in addition to all the conviviality.

In the Villa Ventana, the interior designer has worked out a unique blend of traditional and modern design: light and concrete meet wood and a warm, stylish ambience. Color accents are set where cosiness is desired: the turquoise cushions reflecting the sea on the white couches or the modern Acapulco chairs in the dining area are examples of this.
