Nice Ibicenco apartment recently painted and decorated, very well equipped. Located 350 mtrs from Cala Vadella. It has terraces with mountain and sea views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms,
In the urbanization we have a communal pool, normally open, from May 15 to October 10.(these dates may vary)
Cala Vadella, 20 minutes from the city of Ibiza, and 15 minutes from Ibiza Airport. It is a beach with crystal clear waters and fine sand in which there are different services such as: supermarket, restaurants, and diving schools.

Its sunsets and incredible views, both sea and mountain, surrounded by pine trees, make this beach an ideal place to spend a vacation or rest days. It is close to the most beautiful coves of Ibiza, such as Cala D'Hort, Cala Comte, Cala Carbo and Cala Tarida.
We have WIFI in the apartment.

Es el 3er año q vamos a esta zona, es tranquila y muy agradable. El apto es tal cual las imágenes, muy silencioso y tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia.

Situation tres agréable jolie residence, globalement bien entretenue. Piscine avec sanitaires communs impeccables. Dommage que les appartements soient mal insonorisés, et que le ménage ait été négligé surtout pour ce logement vieillissant

Ibiza idyllic

We had such a lovely time! The apartment was just perfect for our needs located in one of the best spots in Ibiza. Only slight gripe was late check in (5pm) would be nice if more like other options we nearly chose (3pm being the norm). Also, there was no kettle or coffee machine as listed but just minor things and certainly didn’t affect our most perfect holiday! We would return in a heartbeat!

les vraies vacances !

Un appartement dans lequel on se sent comme chez soi au milieu des pins. Tout est fonctionnel et agréable. Nous avons été très surpris par le calme de l'endroit. Tout est près et en même temps on est tellement tranquilles.... La piscine de l'urbanisation est à deux pas et il est toujours possible de se garer sans problème. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage en bas de la résidence (7 minutes à pied) sont un vrai plus. Location idéale pour les familles et les couples d'amis car beaucoup d'indépendance des deux chambres avec chacune son wc et sa salle d'eau. Si nous devions noter un point négatif ce serait le peu de pression dans les douches et l'absence de clim dans une des chambres. Mais ce ne sont que des détails. A très vite !
