Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Petr a Ibiza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’host è stato sempre molto gentile, cortese e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. La casa era pulita, accogliente e attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. Petr si è rivelato affidabile e serio, qualità che ci hanno fatto sentire tranquilli e ben accolti. Beschreibung stimmt nicht so ganz

Also… die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und nah an der Bushaltestelle sowie am Meer (zum Strand muss man allerdings gut 25 Minuten laufen).Der Dieter war ein super netter Mann und ihn kann man jede Zeit erreichen.Aber bei der Beschreibung hapert es:•Es gab einfach kein Internet, ich musste meine eigenen mobilen Daten benutzen und habe jetzt in Deutschland keine mehr.•Die Betten sind überhaupt nicht bequem.•Das Leitungswasser ist nicht trinkbar, man muss täglich 3–4 Liter Wasser im Supermarkt kaufen (Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt).•Es gibt keinen Ofen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich ihn eingeschaltet habe, ist in der ganzen Wohnung der Strom ausgefallen.•Das Leitungswasser wird von allein kochend heiß, man kann sich weder das Gesicht noch das Geschirr waschen, nur kurz die Hände.Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn:Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage (nah zu Bussen, Strand und Supermarkt), aber sie hat viele Nachteile und die Beschreibung enthält leider viele Unwahrheiten.Ich kann sie nicht weiterempfehlen.

Soggiorno a Ibiza

Appartamento gradevole in mezzo al verde. Però mancavano alcune cose: niente Wi-Fi, niente aria condizionata, niente moka per preparare il caffè, due pentole piccole e niente padella. Il signor Peter è una brava persona però non intenzionato a spendere per rendere l' appartamento più confortevole

Es war alles da was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in der Nähe sowie Restaurants. Die Busverbindungen waren Topp. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es war sehr ruhig was das erholen vom Arbeitsleben zu Gute kommt! Sehr nette Eigentümer, uns hat es gefallen!

Très déçu d’abriter. Nous avons eu droit à 3 adresses différentes et le dernier mail la veille du départ nous donnait des informations erronées. L’adresse n’était pas du tout la bonne. Nous avons dû tourner 2 heures avant d’arriver à l’appartement Si nous n’avions pas eu un contact sur Ibiza qui parle bien sûr espagnol je ne sais pas du tout comment nous aurions fait. L’HORREUR

Entspanntes Wohnen im Trubel von Ibiza

Die Lage des Apartments war sehr zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Größe und Intimität der Unterkunft ließ viel Raum für Privatsphäre. Des weiteren empfanden wir auch die weiteren Gäste als angenehme, ruhige Nachbarn. Das Mobiliar war etwas antiquiert und die Matratzen nicht ganz so toll, aber dafür haben wir uns sehr zu hause gefühlt.

Este alojamiento es una estafa. El numero de registro de APTO TURISTICO no consta en la oficina de turismo. Alojamiento no habilitado para la actividad. El propietario nos hizo un overbooking, el anuncio especifica servicios que el alojamiento no tiene. El apartamento no esta equipado, la ducha es fatal, te bañas con un hilo de agua, cocina cero equipada, no hacen cambios de ropa de cama ni toallas, ni reponen papel higiénico. TODAS las camas defectuosas. Nos arruinaron las vacaciones, el alojamiento no tiene cierres seguros para que tus pertenecias esten cuidadas. NO HAY VENTILADORES NI AIRES ACONDICIONADOS. te moris de calor en pleno agosto. El propietario es desagradable, agresivo y nada hospitalario.

Appartamento pulito e comodo

L’appartamento si trova a Cala de Bou quindi non in centro ma avendo a disposizione un mezzo si raggiunge tutto molto facilmente, soprattutto le calette più belle che sono a 10 minuti dalla casa. Peter, il proprietario, è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionale. Ci è venuto incontro in ogni nostra richiesta. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Ci tornerò!
