Two pleasant swimming pools

The apartment is ageing somewhat, but everything inside is functional and clean. Only the elevators have stopped working (first floor). The apartment complex has a pleasant swimming pool and you can also access the swimming pool of the adjacent hotel, which seems to be managed by the same company. Both pools seem to be heated somewhat, so they are not ice cold (end of April). Air-conditioning in the living room is quiet and effective, and you can still sit on the balcony with the machine on. The sofa bed in the living room is IKEA and fine with an extra mattress placed on top. Full blind out curtains. Some noise nuisance from the road, but not too bad. Free and easy parking at the beach at the end of Carrer Madrid.

Lovely hosts

Communication with the host was spot on. Lovely pools. Would higly recommend staying here if you want to be in the action but also want peace and tranquility

Preis-Leistung stimmt!

Wir waren zu viert, zwei Pärchen in der Wohnung. Platz- und ausstattungsmäßig, ist alles da was man braucht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung inkl. Mobiliar schon etwas abgewohnt und man sieht Flecken. Aber Bettzeug und Handtücher waren frisch gewaschen. Sauberkeit im Bad war in Ordnung. Besonders toll ist die Aussicht vom Balkon, absolutes Urlaubsfeeling. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und liegt auch nah an einer Straße, die ins Zentrum führt, lärmempfindlich sollte man nicht sein. Alles in Allem sind wir aber zufrieden mit der Wohnung, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.
