Welcome to the Hen House in the Ocala National Forest!
Discover the best of Ocala National Forest from a brand-new tiny home connected to our farm with direct access to the Ocala National Forest across the dirt road. Bring your boat, plenty of parking!This is a cozy 200 sq ft home with its own entrance, privacy fence, a queen bed, a beautiful brand-new bathroom, and a small kitchen. Sleeps 2 people over age 21. There is also a screened outdoor seating area with fairy lights to expand your space. You will hear the roosters crowing in the mornings, donkeys braying, a horse whinnying, and goats bleating throughout the day. This is a small working farm nestled amongst the peacefulness of the forest.

Enjoy modern amenities like WiFi, AC and heating, a kitchen, fire pit, and a grill on the porch. Linens provided. A beginning stock of things like dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper, to get your stay off to a great start. A great place to call home base while you're away. Lots of parking, bring your boat!

Spend your days swimming, kayaking, boating, or fishing in crystal-clear springs like Salt Spring, Silver Glen, Salt, Juniper, and Alexander Springs.
Explore hiking, camping, and hunting trails—or hit nearby ATV/UTV paths. After a day outdoors, unwind at our cozy tiny home. Fire up the grill, roast marshmallows at the fire pit, and enjoy peaceful evenings spotting wildlife.

Picture perfect. Clean as can be. The bed was nice, firm, and we slept great. The screen room was so nice. You could eat outside and not worry about bugs! It was absolutely a beautiful, peaceful and memorable stay. It's so close to both Salt Springs and Silver Glen springs. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much to our host for a perfect stay. And we loved the donkeys! (If you're still reading this, check out ' Donkeys through the Bible' a podcast that takes a deep dive on donkeys in the Bible and what truths Jesus can teach us through them. You can look up spiritual prism podcast.)

This place was amazing. Quit, peaceful, clean... Loved the sweet donkey's and horse..We will definitely be going back and a great local diner for breakfast down the road. Very freindly.
