Hi Karita, This was all Vrbo's fault I was not notified of your reservations at all. I have a process to follow one being I would not except a reservation without a valid ID. Please note: I the owner/host was not aware of this reservation No email, No text, No phone call from Vrbo.. I really hate you had to go through this difficulty situation and hope Vrbo refunded to you all your money. Please also note: Refund money that only they received form you. You guys never got in touch with me after I told you the person gave me access to the home I had to pay another place to stay for the weekend you guys ruin my sons experience made us late for his appointments for getting his scholarship for college so thank you and I want my money back for the house asap
