My overall experience here was okay. Unfortunately I didn’t know there was a restaurant on the premises until my second to last day visiting. I think maybe the language barrier has something to do with how the front desk explains the property. Also, I rented a bike from the young man in the rental area that’s on the property because it is quite far from all of the restaurants and activities. Anyhow, At First glance i thought I would be able to handle a scooter which was 500 pesos per day but quickly found out it was dangerous for me since I had never used one before. This was all within 5 minutes after paying. I hadn’t even left his side because he had to teach me how to operate the bike. Once I realized that it would be safer to get an electric bike(400 pesos) I told him and he told me he could not refund me the difference. I thought to myself wow I hadnt even left the property or rode the scooter yet. But I did not make a fuss about it because I was in a different country and he had my passport ( which is a requirement if you don’t want to pay 2000 pesos as a down payment) you also have to pay a deposit for a key to the room (which by the way I was not given back) overall, I would not return to this property because of these issues. I would stay at a beach club where the access and activities are.
