Casa Bruno is located at an elevation of just 287 metres in the sun-drenched town of Las Norias on the west side of La Palma.
It is a spacious, bright holiday home with a large garden and an equally large swimming pool. It also offers sweeping views from its terraces—not only of the ocean but also of the mountain ranges behind it.
Casa Bruno is comfortably equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for 4 adults plus a small child.
The property is enclosed; a garage for the hire car is available.

Casa Bruno was renovated both inside and out following the volcanic eruption, and the amenities were further improved. Air conditioning is now installed in the master bedroom, the adjoining bathroom, and the living room. The pool has also been redesigned and fitted with a solar cover, ensuring pleasant swimming temperatures most of the year. 

Note: The road leading to Puerto Naos runs slightly below the house; traffic noise can be heard on the terrace, but not inside the house thanks to the soundproof windows.



Casa Bruno:

CASA BRUNO IS A WONDERFUL VACATION HOME IN AN IDEAL CLIMATIC LOCATION.

Set on a large, terraced lot with a garden and private pool, it offers plenty of space and comfort.

Spread across approximately 130 square metres of living space are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and the living area.
All rooms are on one level and feature windows and/or patio doors leading outdoors.

The terraces are arranged around the house and offer the perfect spot for relaxing, reading, dining, and socialising—from morning sun to sunset.

The living room is the largest room, divided into a living and dining area. 

Straight ahead, two large sliding glass doors lead out to the partially covered main terrace with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean.

In front of the living area is the very well-equipped kitchen with large built-in cabinets and all necessary kitchen appliances.

There is an additional dining area for two by the window; next to it, a door leads out to the breakfast terrace. From this terrace, a staircase descends into the large garden with a pool.

The bedrooms are separate and each has its own bathroom. This makes it a wonderful place to holiday with friends or older children—or to enjoy plenty of space as a couple.

Both bedrooms are well-equipped and feature comfortable mattresses. The large wall hangings add a lovely touch, bringing colour to the rooms—decorated in calm, light tones—with their floral motifs.

The bathrooms, which are flooded with natural light, feature a shower, sinks, mirrors, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

All rooms are bright, welcoming, and modernly furnished. Each room is equipped with a Roman heater in case it gets a bit cooler. Since the summer of 2023, the bedrooms, living room, and bathroom have also been equipped with full air conditioning systems.

In the entryway, there is a small room with the washing machine. A portable grill is also available.

The gardener comes once every two weeks, and the pool cleaner comes once a week.
