The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, making it easy to cook, entertain, or simply enjoy your daily routine, with warm cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four. A dining table for six provides plenty of space for shared meals, work-from-home flexibility, or hosting friends. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after the day with the grill and firepit surrounded by bench seating—an inviting outdoor extension of the home. - Please note, there is a third bedroom with another bathroom that will be locked and not available for guest use.

- The hot tub is currently unavailable.

- This home is near Bend Golf Club. This is a private course. They do allow for cross club/member play, but guests should reach out to the club for eligibility. There are numerous public courses in Bend and the area.

- This minimum stay for this home is 30+ nights.



Since this home does require a minimum of 30-days per stay, it is perfect for contract or remote work. You're not required to book monthly or by the month. Choose your 30 days! Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits.
