Yes — pool heat is $50/day (heated to 88°). The hot tub is included at no charge.

Can I ship packages to the home?
We do not recommend shipping to the property as we cannot guarantee receipt.

Is there an outdoor music system?
No. Please use a personal Bluetooth speaker and respect HOA noise limits.

Do you allow pets?
No cats. Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs under 25 lbs may be approved for an additional fee.
