This cosy holiday home (55 square metres) is fully furnished and suitable for 1 to 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishes, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A cosy sitting area in the living room invites you to relax. There are two bedrooms, each with a French double bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room is available for the fifth guest. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and hair dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided. A parking space is available free of charge. Make yourself comfortable on the open terrace with patio furniture. There is also a garden sauna waiting for you in the garden. The holiday home is located at the foot of the Sodenberg in the idyllic Saale Valley between the Spessart and Rhön mountains; surrounded by horse pastures, it offers peace and comfort in the heart of nature. This region is particularly well-suited for holidaymakers who enjoy outdoor activities and have a passion for nature. Payment of the total price must be made in advance via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by prior telephone arrangement. Keys are handed over on-site. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Pets are welcome for a fee of 10 EUR per day. A cot is available upon request.

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Hunde dürfen auch mit, Näpfe stehen bereit. Küche hat mehr Utensilien als man braucht. Bett ist sehr bequem! Die Ruhe ist der Hammer, der Zug in der Nähe stört überhaupt nicht. Gastgeber sind sehr lieb!

Schöne Hütte im idyllischen Saale-Tal
