The end-of-row house? Holiday Village 33D—with a south-facing terrace—offers a relaxing getaway in a 54-square-meter space. The cosy living and dining area is furnished with a sofa, wood-burning stove, TV, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, and a dining table—ideal for relaxing with the family. Two separate bedrooms, along with a shower room and a guest bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy. The built-in kitchenette is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and much more. You can relax on the south-facing terrace, which is furnished seasonally. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a naturally lit shower room with a toilet and free use of the washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor, which features another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a second TV, and seating. A second shower room is also available. This non-smoking house can accommodate up to 5 people. A free parking space is available right next to the house. Additional paid parking spaces are available in the surrounding public areas. Pets are not allowed. Charging electric and hybrid vehicles is not permitted. This does not apply to batteries for e-bikes and pedelecs (under supervision).
