The holiday home is located on the outskirts of town in an idyllic setting, surrounded by three fish ponds and an 8,000-square-meter park-like estate. There is also an adjacent nature reserve. You can completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find yourself in a very special place surrounded by unspoiled nature. This small village is located in the region commonly known as “Little Tyrol.” There are hiking trails in every direction, and mountain biking and cycling along the old canal offer great recreational opportunities; golf courses are nearby. Cosy living in the house—antique furniture and the tiled stove create the perfect atmosphere while maintaining contemporary standards. Barbecues, campfires, boating, and table tennis are all possible. You can’t help but feel at home. No smoking; no outdoor shoes inside the house. Check-in from 14:00-20:00 and by arrangement. Check-out by 11:00 a.m. During the heating season, the living area (tiled stove) is heated exclusively with wood. Electric heating in this area will be charged additionally as needed. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The balance is due in cash or via advance bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged up to 90% of the total amount.
