Located in the heart of Berlin, this modern, fully furnished 5-bedroom apartment (entire floor) welcomes you. Situated in the Berlin-Moabit area, which is part of the Berlin-Mitte district, both the western part of the city and city centre Berlin are easily accessible.

The apartment can accommodate up to 21 people. It features 5 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living areas (including a connecting door). Sightseeing, nightlife, as well as TXL Airport, the “Messe Berlin,” and the main train station are all within easy reach.

Your 5-bedroom apartment (entire floor) consists of two connected residential units (110 square metres and 85 square metres). The entire apartment features 5 separate bedrooms, two separate living areas—including a kitchen—and two spacious bathrooms, accommodating up to 21 people (the maximum number of guests on Airbnb is limited to 16).

The apartment will be exclusively for your use.

If you have any questions or requests, please don’t hesitate to ask. Of course, I’ll also be available during your stay whenever you need assistance. You’ll find my office right in front of your apartment.

The “Birkenstraße” subway station (U9) is 350 metres away, and the “Beusselstr.” (Circle Line) is just around the corner from the apartment. The A10 highway is a 5-minute drive away.

You’ll find free public parking around the building, or we can offer you a private, secure parking spot in our building’s courtyard. The fee for private parking is 15 EUR per night.
We devote a lot of time and passion to ensuring that you, our guests, have an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel right at home from the very beginning, and we’d love to make sure our next guests have a wonderful time as well.

Our house rules:

• No disruptive noise, music (after 10 PM), or parties.

This is a residential area; please be mindful of the noise you make and respect our neighbors’ right to a good night’s sleep (after 10 PM). Please be especially quiet when walking through the yard. In the event of serious violations, we will have to cancel your stay immediately.


• Damage, Loss, and Violations

Our apartment is furnished with high-quality, carefully selected furnishings. Please treat our furnishings with the same care as you would your own and notify us immediately of any damage. We reserve the right to charge the replacement value for significant damage or gross violations. For insurance reasons, we must charge €150 per set of keys in the event of loss.


• No pets or smoking inside our apartment.

Please note: All our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. If you would like to smoke, please use the balcony. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments (guests may have allergies).


• Your personal check-in/check-out:

Upon check-in, proof of identity is required. By arrangement, we’re happy to store your luggage if you arrive earlier than our regular check-in time (3:00 PM) or if you aren’t leaving Berlin immediately after check-out (12:00 PM).


Violation of our house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking. Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to welcoming you as our guests soon!

An additional culture and tourism tax of 7.5% is charged for leisure travellers, which is not included in the total price. Payment is made during online check-in.
