Amazing week in Berlin!

We enjoyed staying at Ben & Simon a lot! They have great attention to us as gasts and we’re very helpfull arranging all the needs for the two babies in our family. The appartement is nice and clean. We found the location of the appartement a great fallout place for all that Berlin has to explore!

Large Flat Close to Transit

Hosts were very responsive and even had little extras at checkin. Nice comforts and beds plus a very large central living area. Nice little sitting area out back with a good view of the train tracks.

Beautiful Munich apt

The apartment is exactly as described - spacious, comfortable and well stocked for our family of 4. We are very happy with our stay and the property management company communicates very well. Everything you need is provided - coffee, shampoo, soap, laundry soap, etc. An added perk was the convenience of having access to a locked luggage room for before and after our check in/check out. As others have noted, it is truly 3 bedrooms - with the master bedroom having an extra queen bed partitioned off by a curtain creating the 4th sleeping space. Bathrooms consist of 1 large full bath and 1 half bath - so larger groups would need to understand that scheduling showers in the morning becomes an issue. The only drawback is the neighborhood which is Moabit - and is more of a business location with very little walkable - though there is a nice bakery close by. The metro stop is right around the corner - which makes getting into the the historical areas and more walkable neighborhoods very easy. But, it's pretty much the concept that when you leave the apartment in the morning, you likely won't be back until the evening if you are touring historical areas in Berlin. For us, it worked fine as we had a wonderful guide meet us each morning at the metro stop and take us on day tours of the area. For our family, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the management company who is very thorough.

Es war wirklich super bei Ben und Simon, das Apartment ist sehr schön und geräumig mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Der Service ist hervorragend gewesen und die Mitarbeiter allzeit hilfsbereit und freundlichLeider sind die Angaben hier auf FeWo Direkt irreführend was Veranstaltungen angeht. Hier wurde eindeutig beschrieben das Veranstaltungen in der Unterkunft erlaubt sind, was der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war, da wir den JGA meines besten Freundes feiern wollten. Beim Online Check-In musste ich dann 3 Tage vor Anreise bestätigen, das Veranstaltungen jeglicher Art verboten sind und man ab 22Uhr absolut leise zu sein hat - Zuwiederhandlungen sofortiger abbruch des Mietverhältnisses, keine Rückerstattung und eine saftige Geldstrafe. Das liest man natürlich gerne 3 Tage vor Anreise.... Hier hätte ich mir mehr Transparenz gewünscht, darum ein Stern Abzug.Natürlich ist nichts passiert und wir konnten in normaler Zimmerlautstärke schön feiern, ohne das sich jemand beschwert hat. Wir hatten viel Spaß und werden wieder kommen

Cooles Appartement für Grossfamilien

Toller Aufenthalt mit Freunden. Zimmer alle sauber und genug Platz. Man kommt mit der S41/S42 sehr gut bis fast zur Wohnung, nur ein kurzer Fussmarsch von der SBahnstation Beusselstrasse. In der Nähe hat den Freundlichen Bäcker und Kiosk, mit denen kommt man gut über die Runden. Wir würden wieder dieses Appartement buchen. Man muss einfach wissen das direkt hinter dem Appartement die Gleise sind und wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte es schwieriger sein mit dem durchschlafen.

Fijn verzorgd appartement

Verblijf komt goed overeen als beschreven. Heel keurig en vriendelijk geholpen. Wel bedacht zijn, dat bij meer dan 6 personen (of 3 stelletjes) er slaapkamers gedeeld worden. Heerlijk ruime woonkamer, badkamer, wc met een ruim balkon. Trein rijdt, dicht bij, maar de geluidsissolatie is goed met dichte ramen.

Familienhochzeitstreffen

Eine kurze Woche in Berlin mit der ganzen Familie. Ausgangspunkt der Abreise war die schöne Wohnung in Moabit; geräumig, modern und komplett ausgestattet. Der Service des Teams war hervorragend. Dieses flexible Team hatte für alle Wünsche immer eine gute Lösung parat.

appartement in Berlijn

Woning is perfect alles is aanwezig. Alleen er staat bij de indeling van het huis dat er twee badkamers zijn, dat is dus niet... er is een geweldige badkamer met bad, douche en toilet en een toilet met een wastafel. Verder staat er dat er 4 slaapkamers zijn, dat is ook wel zo maar een slaapkamer is erg klein, heeft geen raam en is gescheiden door een gordijn van de andere slaapkamer. Je moet dus ook altijd door de slaapkamer van een ander dat vind ik zeker twee grote minpunten. Verder was het huis voortreffelijk afgezien van de buurt.

Super schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit und die Wohnung sieht in echt sogar noch viel schöner aus. Von Waschmaschine bis Toaster ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Lage ist auch gut, in direkter Nähe von einer Busstation/S-Bahnstation und das Zentrum dadurch gut zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familientreffen

Wir sind eine Großfamilie und über ganz Deutschland und Österreich verteilt, deshalb haben wir uns entschieden Weihnachten in Berlin zu feiern. Die Wohnung war der perfekte Ort dafür. Sie ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Mit einer Gruppe von über 10 Personen und einen Baby war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne FeWo - mit kleineren Abstrichen

- leider keine Schränke für die Kleidung - es handelt sich eigentlich nur um 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Schlafbereiche sind lediglich durch einen Vorhang voneinander getrennt - Kühlschrank zu klein für die Personenzahl - aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zu den Bahnschienen und dem rund um die Uhr sekündlichen Bahnverkehr war es trotz der enormen Wärme nicht möglich bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen - kein Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern - Irritationen bezgl. Check-Out Zeit, lt. Tablet der FeWo 12:00 Uhr, um 11:00 Uhr kamen die Reinigungskräfte - in der Waschmaschine lagen Putzlappen - kein Besen vorhanden, Staubsauger war unterm Dach zu finden - Sauberkeit ok, sofern man nicht zu genau schaut (Lampen, Türzargen, Esse, Lüfter, unter den Möbeln, etc.) - TV hat keine Senderliste - guter ÖPNV Anschluss - kein schöner Stadtteil, die Nachbarschaft war jedoch sehr nett - modern eingerichtet - sehr freundliches Personal - gute Küchenausstattung - sehr bequeme Betten (abgesehen von den synthetisch gefüllten Kopfkissen) - mehr als ausreichend viele Handtücher - klasse Infos über die Stadt vorhanden - sehr geräumig - Hinterhoflage - super isolierte Scheiben, bei geschlossenen Fenstern Bahnverkehr kaum wahrnehmbar

Super Unterkunft. Wir waren mit 11 Leuten und einem Baby Vorort. Das Apartment bietet ausreichend Platz und auch die Kommunikation verlief super und alles ganz reibungslos. Tolle Unterkunft - sehr zu empfehlen!

A wonderful place to stay while in Berlin

I would actually give it higher scores if I could everything from the pictures through communication with Ben and Simon to the apartment itself exceeded my expectations the location worked extremely well for us we had a car with us so we're able to go see all the sites but there was still some wonderful restaurants within walking distance I have already recommended it to some friends of mine that are going later this year enjoy it Jerry

Große Wohnung mit Flair

Familienfest zu 10 war wunderbar in der Wohnung. Platz für alle, egal ob am Esstisch oder Sofa, Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Sehr bequeme Betten und erstaunlich gut schallisolierte Fenster - so war auch erholsamer Schlaf gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
