Nice stay in Berlin

The location of the flat was very nice, a few neighbours were loud during the night but that is to be expected in such a central location. The flat itself was clean and as described online. Check in and out were really easy and the host was easy to reach and replied quickly. Overall recommendable if you are looking for a flat in a central location with a tram station and supermarket close by.

We travelled as a group of 7 friends. The rooms were large and spacious which was ideal when sharing. The bathroom was clean, as was the kitchen and lounge. I did have to ask for check in details as they weren’t provided by Vrbo, but the response was quick and as a result we had no problems. The location was great. Quiet street next to a pretty river. We were a 20 minute walk from almost all major places we visited. Lime bikes were easily accessible too. The downstairs corridor to the building did smell a little of cigarettes, but this did not reach a the apartment or effect us when inside.

Simple and scruffy but roomy and handy location

The apartment comes with 3 roomy bedrooms and a little sitting area. It is only a short walking distance to the metro station. Unfortunately the apartment is rather run down and dirty, mostly the bathroom and the kitchen. We didn’t dare to cook anything. The shower was clogged and leaks, what came out of the drain was extremely gross. I hope they will give the apartment a proper cleaning, because the location is very nice.

Gute Wohnung schöne Zimmer, Küche etwas dunkel und eng zum sitzen aber man ist ja nicht viel in der Küche; gute Dusche aber bei vielen Gästen muss man schauen dass alle fertig werden da Toilette und Bad in einem Zimmer. Kommunikation tiptop
