Large and comfortable apartment

This apartment was a great base for our Berlin vacation. The street is residential and quiet but near grocery stores and metro stops. The apartment is quite large, comfortable, and tastefully furnished.

Awesome Apartment Prime Location

This is a wonderful place, well equipped with everything one could wish for. It’s design and style is outstanding. The location is top with walk distance to major attractions and subway. The host is super helpful. I’ll try to come back if I can.

Fab Apartment near Subway.

4 of us stayed for 1 week. Everything was fabulous. It’s a short walk to grocery stores, restaurants and transit. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was fairly cool when it was hot outside because it’s slightly below ground level. The directions and information the owners left were excellent and very detailed.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location!

We had the most wonderful stay. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, super comfortable, very quiet and sunny even though it's on the ground floor. Two great beds and I loved that there were two toilets, it was nice for a group of four. Kitchen was well equipped, central space was excellent for a group to hang out. The location was great for touristing Berlin, easy access to the U-bahn, super fast ride downtown. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Wifi worked great too! My only negative is that there isn't much soundproofing between the two bedrooms, so there wasn't much privacy between bedrooms and if someone slept late it was hard to be quiet for them. But was such a small drawback given how great the apartment was overall. Highly recommend!

Lovely Apartment

This is a well appointed, spacious and comfortable apartment. The owners have taken great care to design a unique space which is a pleasure to experience. It is close to public transit but if you prefer to walk, many sites take only 30 minutes. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are also nearby. The owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

Diese Wohnung kann man nur in Superlativen beschreiben. Von allen Wohnungen, die wir bislang gemietet haben -und das waren nicht wenige - ist diese die größte, die gemütlichste und vom Ambiente her die beeindruckendste. Hinzu kommt ein äußerst sympathischer, unkomplizierter und stets erreichbarer Vermieter. Das alles veranlasst uns zu der Bewertung, dass diese Wohnung insbesondere auch im Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht zu toppen ist.
