kleine Idylle im Grünen

Nettes Objekt mit schönem Garten in toller Lage. Wald und viele Seen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Herd ist etwas klein, aber die Küchenausstattung ist gut. Auch bei Regen kann man draussen sitzen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die nette Beleuchtung im Garten am Abend. Insgesamt könnte das Objekt etwas besser gepflegt sein. Wir haben unseren 10 tägigen Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Im Großen und Ganzen gut.

Die Gästemappe mit nötigen Informationen für Gäste war nicht sichtbar da gelegen und musste erst entdeckt werden. Der Boden war nicht gereinigt, sodass wir zuerst alle Räume komplett kehren mussten. Die Wohnung war an sich sehr verstaubt. Der Fernseher war sehr kompliziert zu bedienen, da dieser mithilfe einer Antenne per Hin-und Herbewegen jedes Mal mühsam eingestellt werden musste. Die gesamte Wohnung roch an sich nicht neutral. Vor allem das Schlafzimmer roch sehr unangenehm, trotz intensives Lüften. Warmwasser wird per Elektroboiler erzeugt. Der Garten und der überdachte Grillplatz sind sehr schön.

Ferien im Dorf und in Berlin City

Das Häuschen war perfekt für uns vier (Eltern/ 2 Jungs 10/11). Sauber, gut aufgeteilt und wir mussten nicht alles sofort mitbringen. Z.B. Seife, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier waren für mehrere Tage vorhanden. Wir waren fast nur auf der überdachten Terrasse in dem Garten und fühlten uns richtig wohl. Nach Berlin rein brauchten wir ca. 50 Minuten. Da waren wir jeden zweiten Tag. Dazwischen waren wir schwimmen in vielen Seen in der Nähe. Am schönsten war das Seebad aus den 30ern in Biesenthal ( 15 Minuten mit dem Auto). Perfekt für Kids und Erwachsene. Alles zusammen war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Die gesamte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief schnell und reibungslos. Sehr bemüht ist Frau Luzar was dem Wohle der Gäste zu gute kommt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der Bahnhof Klosterfelde sind Spaziergangnähe. Ruhiger Kleingarten-Flair mit vielen Spaziermöglichkeiten runden das "Paket" ab. Uns hat es gefallen und alles auf der Beschreibung stimmte.
