Our holiday home “Kolibri” is located right on the edge of the forest in Wandlitz and is an ideal spot for nature lovers who want to enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet away from the stress of everyday life. The property, approx. 700 m², is for exclusive use. Parking is available on the fenced-in wooded property.
The nearby lakes, such as Lake Liepnitz, Lake Wandlitz, Lake Rahmer, Lake Stolzenhagen, and others, offer the perfect setting for this. The close proximity to the capital city of Berlin offers a wide variety of cultural events and other activities for all ages.
The bungalow has approximately 73 m² spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a large king-size bed (200 x 180) and a bathroom. The washing machine is located in the utility room.
You enter the ground floor through the spacious sunroom, which can be heated in both summer and winter. From there, you can watch the sunsets and unwind. In the adjoining living room with a built-in kitchen/bar, you’ll find a large sofa that converts into a bed, perfect for unwinding by the fireplace and TV.
The bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home.
The bungalow is heated year-round, both in summer and winter. In winter, the fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere and invites you to relax with a glass of wine.
Additionally, our accommodation features a flat-screen TV, internet, bed linens, and toilet paper.
Pets are allowed. A cot and high chair are available.
Charging an electric car is not permitted, though it may be possible for an additional fee.
Public transport, such as trains and buses, is located about 800 m from the holiday home and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. From there, you can reach Berlin in about 45 minutes. By car, it takes about 40 minutes to reach the capital and about 1 hour to Berlin Schönefeld Airport.
