Cozy cottage on a farm with forestry, large plot, terrace, lawn, playhouse and sandbox.



From here it is 300 meters to a fishing lake and 3 km to a beautiful swimming area at Lake Värsjön.

The house offers a quiet location in the forest in Boalt near the border of Småland, Blekinge and Halland with many lakes in the area - including Vittsjön, Ramsjön, Pickelsjön, Mellansjön and Oretorpssjön. The lakes offer opportunities for swimming, fishing as well as pleasant excursions by boat, as some of them are connected. In the forests around Vittsjö there is a lot of game, blueberries, strawberries, lingonberries, raspberries and mushrooms.



In Gundrastorp is the beautiful nature reserve Ubbalt. Through nearby Vittsjö leads the Skåneleden trail for those who like hiking.



At the end of the 19th century, Vittsjö was a large and well-known spa town, as the air and surroundings were considered special.



For those who want to play golf, there are about ten golf courses within 80 km from the cottage - the nearest is Vittsjö Golf Club.



You can reach the sea within an hour's drive and the beautiful sandy beaches at Åhus and Blekinge archipelago on the east side and Halmstad, Båstad and Warrigelholm on the west side.



The location of the house makes day trips to many different attractions possible - for example a moose safari in Markaryd, a day trip to Österlen with Ystad, Simrishamn or Kivik or to Smålands Glasriket. In Hässleholm there are the famous Tykarps Caves, in Osby the Lekoseum, in Älmhult the IKEA Museum and in Catholgelholm the Hembygdsparken.



The farm dog and cats move freely in the garden. The cottage can be rented together with S11312, which is located 500 meters away in the forest.



Note that the water heater is small.
