This downtown estate lets guests experience Walla Walla wine country in style. Efficiently designed spaces, contemporary finishes, and thoughtful amenities provide a welcoming base for tasting adventures and city explorations. The home is divided into two connected units and this listing includes both the main house and the studio guest suite. The spaces are linked on the main level by a door with a sound barrier (please note it is not fully soundproof), offering the convenience of two separate living areas under one roof—ideal for larger groups, families who want a bit of separation, or longer stays.

King bed with fresh linens, quiet location for restful sleep. Spacious room with plenty of natural light and closet space for your belongings.

• Bedroom 2 (Kids` Room)

Bunk bed with cozy bedding, games, books, and fun decor create the perfect space for children. This room doubles as a playful retreat for young guests.

• Bedroom 3

Queen bed with workspace area, ideal for remote work or planning your daily wine tours. Comfortable and private with desk setup for productivity.

• Bathroom 1

Full bathroom with shower-tub combo. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided. Washer and dryer with detergent included for your convenience.

Chef-inspired kitchen fully equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, pots, pans, baking sheets, drinkware, dinnerware, silverware, and basics like olive oil, salt, and pepper. Perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients from Walla Walla farmers markets.

Dining table seats 6 comfortably, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening meals together after a day of wine tasting.

➤ Landscaper will be on site every other Tuesday and typically arrives around 9:00 am PST.
➤ Please do not use the stove fireplace in the studio and the fireplace in the main house as both have been decommissioned.
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
