Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for three locked closets—two in the hallways and one in the bathroom—which are reserved for the cleaning crew and not available to guests.
Guests may also use the fenced yard and driveway. The shed on the property is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
As mentioned earlier, the home was built in 1951 and remodeled in 2025. A house of this age has plenty of charm, but it also comes with a few quirks.
There are steps leading into the house, as well as several steps inside.
The original wood floors may creak underfoot, which is normal for this type of flooring.
The home is heated by two floor heaters—one in the hallway and one in the living room. There are no heating ducts in the other rooms. The bedroom off the living room has a wall-mounted electric heater, and the living room includes an electric fireplace with a blower.
We maintain regular pest control for the property. However, because we live in the desert near the Rio Grande River, you still may encounter an occasional bug.
