A quaint little condo right on the edge of the UNT Campus. Safe neighborhood and quiet neighbors with lots to do just minutes away. The location was perfect and I will definitely stay again. Host is very responsive and kind.
Host was very attentive. Answered back quickly. Space was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures but very clean. Heads up if you bring a pet. The back yard is not fenced in and every outing my poor dog ended up with Burrs in her paws. All in all it fit our needs for the weekend. It would have been nice if the bathroom had a blow dryer available.

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us! We are thrilled to hear that you found the space clean and that you enjoyed our prompt communication—providing a seamless experience for our guests is our top priority.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve.
We have already purchased a hair dryer for the bathroom to ensure it's available for all future guests.
Regarding the yard, we appreciate the heads-up about the burrs. We love our natural, large outdoor setting, but we want to make sure it's comfortable for all our four-legged visitors. With the nearly third of an acre, we are currently coordinating with our grounds team to clear those areas and ensure it’s well-maintained for future stays. I'm sorry your pups' paws found a bad patch. Ouch!
We are glad the space fit your needs for the weekend and hope we have the opportunity to host you again!
Rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Didn’t stay long enough to use any of the dishes. Back yard furniture could have been nicer. Neighbors had better stuff than we did. Dining room table and chairs need to be upgraded Didn’t like sitting on a stool. Living room would have been nice if it had at least 1 recliner instead of a sofa/bed to sit on. We had trouble with the tv on our last night. Remote quit working, couldn’t figure out how to get it to work again.

Hi Laurel. Thanks for your feedback. We appreciate our guests taking the time to let us know about their stay, what they loved and what we can improve on.
We are so happy you like the bed. Honestly, its one of our favorite mattress brands and the soft sheets that make it super comfy. We noticed your picture looks like it may may have been taken towards the end of your stay with your own comforter. We just thought it would be good to point that out.
Also, all of our furniture, including the outside patio set, are meant for durability, comfort and quality. Since the home is small, adding a seperate recliner or additional seating in the dining area wouldn't have been too practical. I'm glad you posted pictures of those pieces as well so as to see the craftsmanship of the furniture thats both modern and functional.
We look forward to hosting you again if you're back in Denton. We'll be happy to point our the new battery replacements that we keep in the top drawer and any other amenities you may need.
Thanks again!
