Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trash in large trash can located in laundry room or trash container located just outside the back door.
Place used towels in the laundry hamper located in the laundry/utility room.
Pets must be crated if you have to leave them at the house unattended. If you brought a dog, please use the doggie poop bags located just outside the back door to clean up after your pet. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Required pet fee is $60 per pet with a limit of 1 pet. Second dog allowed if approved by host. Pet must be kept in a crate when alone at the house.

Very cozy home in a quiet neighborhood! Very close to Drury University, so an ideal location for parents visiting students. A pet friendly home with a large fenced-in backyard. Our host Julie responds rapidly to all correspondence and kindly accommodated a special request. We're planning to stay here again when visiting our daughter at Drury!
