Fully equipped and ready for your stay, this 4 bedroom home is comfortable, cozy and sleeps 12 guests. Relax in the basement family room and try to get the high-score on the video game console. While low ceilings in the basement make it feel cozy, tall people over 6ft may feel a bit uncomfortable. There is also a step up into the basement bathroom.

Get ready for the ultimate experience! Gather your family and friends for a fantastic dining experience at the spacious dining room table, or cozy up with a good book in the entryway/library area. No need to search for plugs - each bedside lamp comes with a plug and USB ports! Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the cooler months. Plus, there`s a convenient rack for ski and snowboard storage, along with space to dry your boots, gloves, and other ski gear. Keep your clothes fresh with a washer and dryer unit at your disposal. That`s not all - the kitchen is stocked with all the basic like a Keri coffee machine with an assortment of coffees, teas and creamers! After a long day, unwind by playing video games on the console or watching one of the many smart TV’s throughout the home. Get ready for an unforgettable stay!

Your stay includes full access to the property, complete with a charming backyard space that may be a little rustic, but it offers the authentic Nevada atmosphere and a breath of fresh air. Please be aware that the basement ceilings have low clearance in some areas. If you are taller than 6`1` you may find it uncomfortable in the basement. Additionally, there is a step up into the downstairs bathroom to accommodate the plumbing, which may pose a tripping hazard. When exiting the bathroom, please be cautious as it`s easy to forget about the step. We have also added some new items on request highchair, playpen and steamers. First come first serve!
Absolutely no smoking or vaping any substances inside home, no parties or events, no extra unregistered guests overnight. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Extra charge for early check-in’s and they are on a case by case basis depend on the availability. If available the fee for early check in is $75. Payment must be approved and received before door code updates are made.
